Map rock structure and geology on 2D or 3D images using the Sirojoint® mapping module of the Sirovision package.

Here you can visualise dip angle, dip direction, fitted planes and normals in real time as you map traces and planes on your image. Other features such as Strike and Persistence can be displayed.

In addition to the new Scanline or Traverse mapping, Sirojoint® now has the added capability of mapping discontinuities across multiple or mosaics of 3D images. This means an entire drive including the back wall, side walls and end wall can be mapped and analysed as a single mosaic.

These mapped features and their geotechnical characteristics can be exported as compatible DIPS, SURPAC, MINESIGHT, ASCII or DXF format files for easy import into other analysis packages. Scanline data can also be exported for analysis in JointStats®.
